In short: If a kit isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@printthemethod.com within 14 days of your purchasewith your order number (it’s in your receipt email) and a sentence on why the kit didn’t work for you. That feedback helps us improve the next version.

What happens next

We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Things to know

• Kits are digital downloads. After a refund we ask that you delete your copy of the files.
• Refunds aren’t available after 14 days, or for repeat purchases of the same kit.
• Support already delivered on a kit that includes it (replies, reviews) can’t be returned, so those refunds may be partial once support has been used.
• This policy is in addition to any rights you have under your local consumer law.
